Apple’s recent activities have also brought her into the spotlight for a different reason. In 2024, she faced claims of bullying after a video circulated of her seemingly disrupting a debutante event in Paris. The clip showed her eye-rolling at a date during a photo shoot, sparking controversy.
The allegations gained traction, but Apple swiftly addressed them on Instagram. “Hi! I didn’t wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand,” she wrote. “I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.” She added, “I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl can share their opinions.”
A source close to Gwyneth Paltrow defended her daughter, stating, “Apple’s more playful and fun and she’s really a total girls’ girl.” The individual noted that the rumors were “completely untrue,” emphasizing Apple’s intent to “take the spotlight from anyone” and her genuine connection with peers.
