On Monday night, Donald Trump set a deadline for Iran, stating he would destroy its energy infrastructure by 7pm Washington time if the Strait of Hormuz remained closed.

“He said, he’d annihilate Iran’s energy infrastructure if the Strait of Hormuz was not fully reopened.”

Despite no agreement being reached, his planned large-scale bombing campaign has been put on hold.
