Primrose Hill stab victim named as Finbar Sullivan
A 21-year-old man, identified as Finbar Sullivan, has died following a stabbing on Primrose Hill, according to the Metropolitan Police. The incident occurred near a prominent viewing spot in North London’s scenic Primrose Hill area, shortly after 6:30 PM BST on Tuesday. Emergency responders arrived but were unable to save the victim, who succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
At the same time, a second man in his early twenties was discovered nearby on Regent’s Park Road with stab wounds. He was transported to the hospital, though his condition was not critical. The police are currently investigating the event, urging anyone with details, images, or videos from the location to reach out.
“Finbar’s family has endured a profound loss, and we are offering our support as they face this difficult period,” said Det Insp Andy Griffin, who is overseeing the inquiry. “The investigation is moving swiftly, with several leads being explored. This happened in a bustling public park, and there could be numerous witnesses who can help clarify the sequence of events.”
Authorities are reviewing CCTV footage, interviewing witnesses, and collecting physical evidence to determine the cause of the attack. No arrests have been announced at this stage.
