Virgin Atlantic has transformed its Clubhouse at London Heathrow, introducing a cinema section, VIP zones, and a spa with exclusive treatments. The redesign, part of a broader initiative, elevates the experience for Upper Class passengers with enhanced amenities and tailored services.
A Royal Box for VIPs
The Royal Box concept, initially introduced in Virgin Atlantic’s Los Angeles Clubhouse, has now arrived at London Heathrow, offering a regal retreat within the lounge. This invite-only area features velvet sofas in the airline’s signature red, along with a ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’—a bespoke table showcasing decadent desserts and champagne.
Work Pods for Productivity
Two dedicated Work Pod studios have been added, designed for focused tasks. Each space includes built-in power outlets, sleek desks, and illuminated signs indicating availability. Decorative elements like framed vinyl records pay homage to Virgin Records, creating a stylish, functional environment.
Cinema Reimagined
Shaped by the vibe of London’s private clubs and Soho’s screening rooms, the Cinema now offers a tranquil, immersive setting. Enhanced acoustics, royal blue armchairs, and red seating complement integrated charging stations, TV access, and Bluetooth headphones for a seamless escape.
Wellness Innovations
For those seeking relaxation, the Clubhouse now hosts two pop-up wellness experiences. Guests can enjoy complimentary sessions in three Somadomes, immersive domes blending light therapy, color, and sound healing to promote calm and focus within 20 minutes. Additionally, Secret Spa is providing treatments like express massages and facials until 30 April.
Special Collaborations
To celebrate its new Seoul route, the spa is offering OSKIA skincare, OPI nail products, and K-beauty brand services. Customers can book these treatments through the Secret Spa team at the Clubhouse.

With practical touches like discreet baggage storage, the lounge balances comfort and efficiency. These upgrades mark a significant step in Virgin Atlantic’s ongoing efforts to redefine luxury travel experiences at Heathrow.
